By creating a Bueno account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Bueno.
Bueno helps you monitor keywords across social platforms, draft replies, repurpose content, organize a content library, and hand off to your scheduling tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
Bueno has no subscription. You purchase credit packs and spend them as you use the service. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once consumed. You can set budget or duration caps to control spend.
You retain ownership of the content you import or generate with Bueno. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you import.
You agree not to use Bueno for spam, harassment, deception, or any activity that violates the terms of a connected platform or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Bueno integrates with third-party platforms such as Buffer and Zernio. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Bueno is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated drafts may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. We do not guarantee any particular engagement or growth outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bueno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the preceding three months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
