Bueno ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Bueno collects only what is needed to run the service: your account email, workspace details, the social accounts and keywords you connect, the content you import or generate, and usage data such as credit balance and draft counts.
We use your information to operate Bueno: monitoring the keywords you choose, generating reply drafts and repurposed content, delivering alerts, and managing your credit balance. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
When you connect a social or scheduling platform (for example Buffer or Zernio), Bueno accesses only the data needed to monitor conversations and hand off drafts. We act under each platform's terms and the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.
Reply drafts and repurposed content are produced using third-party AI providers. The text needed to generate a draft is sent to those providers under their respective privacy policies. We do not use your content to train models.
Your workspace data is retained while your account is active. You may delete individual items or your entire workspace at any time. Deleted data is purged from our systems within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
You can access, export, or delete your data, and disconnect integrations, from your workspace settings. For any request you can also reach us directly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use of Bueno after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
